Topics included: “Abuse of Dominance in Technology-Enabled Markets”, “China: The Third Leg in Global Antitrust”, “Recent Developments and the Status of the Merger Control Reform”, “20 Years EFTA Court: The Contributions to European Competition Law”, “Changes in the Structure of the Antitrust Bar”, “Public Interest as an Argument in Antitrust and Merger Cases” as well as “Switzerland as a Player in Global Competition Law”.
The preparations for the 23rd St.Gallen ICF, to take place on May 19th and 20th 2016, are in full swing. Among the 35 speakers, there will be again five presidents of national competition authorities, the Director-General of DG Competition (Johannes Laitenberger), EU General Court Judge Marc van der Woude, German Federal Supreme Court Judge Wolfgang Kirchhoff, the general counsel of Daimler, Deutsche Bank and Holcim and many more.
