It emphasizes several key areas of scholarship including Finance, Management Systems, Accounting, Marketing, Management Communications, Information Systems, Law, and Ethics. While the research paper series promotes excellent scholarship in all these areas, it emphasizes the exploration of issues raised in the global business environment. ROCK CENTER FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AT STANFORD UNIVERSITY TEACHING CASES

The Rock Center for Corporate Governance and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University have developed a series of teaching cases on corporate governance issues.
